  • Pianificazione e programmazione delle attività di cantiere;
  • Organization of work and division of tasks, checking the correct execution of the work;
  • Verifica le necessità ed i consumi, impartendo le direttive per l’acquisto dei materiali;
  • Verifica dello stato avanzamento lavori, in termini organizzativi e di costi – economici;
  • Interface with Management, Purchasing Office and Administration Office.
  • Office presence, approx. 50% work time; presence on site, approx. 50% work time.

> Profilo ricercato

The necessary requirements and technical skills required to fill the role are the following:

  • Technical training | Engineer title preferred;
  • Approximate 5 years' experience in a similar role, gained in a construction company. Figures from building design roles, with aptitude for the role sought, will also be positively evaluated;
  • Knowledge of the main property construction authorization procedures;
